The idea is that children enjoy cooking and eating healthily and trying foods they may not be familiar with.
Up to now around 30 parents have taken part, together with around 40 different children>
The parents have also learnt about cooking with less sugar and salt, hopefully transferring these skills to their home cooking.
Parents have commented that they have loved the classes and are trying different foods at home. They have said that they are continuing to cook with their children at home.
